2. Description of Services
SwarnaVyapar provides subscription-based software for jewellery retailers, including invoicing, inventory, customer management, gold savings schemes, khata ledger, loans, reports, and related digital tools. Services are delivered online via web and mobile-compatible interfaces.
3. Account Registration and Use
You must provide accurate business and contact information. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for unlawful purposes.
4. Subscriptions, Billing, and UPI Autopay
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in Indian Rupees (INR) as displayed at checkout. Recurring subscriptions may be collected via card, netbanking, or UPI Autopay mandates approved in your UPI app. By subscribing, you authorise SwarnaVyapar to charge the selected plan amount at each billing cycle until cancelled.
Online payments and UPI Autopay mandates are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited, our authorised payment gateway facilitator. SwarnaVyapar does not store your full card or UPI credentials.

5. Cancellation
You may cancel a paid subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated. For UPI Autopay, you may also revoke the mandate from your UPI app. See our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
6. Refunds
Refund eligibility and timelines are defined in our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, subject to bank and Razorpay processing times.
7. Service Delivery
SwarnaVyapar is a digital SaaS product. Access is provisioned immediately after successful payment verification. See our Shipping and Exchange Policy for delivery timelines and plan change terms.
8. Data and Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Availability and Support
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or force majeure may cause temporary disruption. Support is available at support@swarnavyapar.in.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwarnaVyapar is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
