The owner is not at the counter all day. Each person gets a login, bills gold or silver on a phone, and stays inside that shop. You mark attendance and can limit the discount they apply.

Starter is free with no end date. English or Hindi. Same login as stock, schemes, khata and girvi.

The counter today
When everyone uses the owner login, a wrong weight or a heavy discount has no name on it. A paper attendance register does not tell you who was at the counter when the bill was saved. SwarnaVyapar gives Manager and Staff logins inside the same shop as billing, stock, and khata.

From Staff, create a person with a name and a role: Manager or Staff. They sign in with the credentials you share. Starter includes 2 staff logins (the owner plus one person). Professional includes 10. Business includes 40. A person belongs to one shop. They do not see another shop’s stock.

A Staff login can create bills and see stock. It does not open khata, schemes, girvi, or shop settings. A Manager can. A Staff login starts with a 5% discount cap, a Manager with 25%. You can change the cap. The bill will not save a discount above it.

Mark attendance as present, absent, half day, or leave. Open a person’s month to see bill count and sales tied to their login. If you pay them in the shop, record a salary, bonus, advance, or commission. This is a shop record. It does not calculate PF, ESI, or a salary slip for the government.
