A shop with a few hundred customers cannot type a Dhanteras note to each one. Sending it from a personal WhatsApp also puts that number at risk. SwarnaVyapar uses your connected WhatsApp Business account. You request a template, Meta approves it, you pick the customers, and the shop wallet pays for the messages WhatsApp accepts.

The template shop lists marketing messages: festival offers, a birthday offer, wedding season, and a catalogue share. The owner requests the ones this shop will use. They stay with Meta until the status is Ready, then you sync. A rejected template is not sent. The GST bill PDF is a different utility message from the invoice. It is not this campaign.

On a campaign, choose every customer with a phone, VIP (the top 20% by purchase amount), a few people you search, or one number. Switch the same template between English and Hindi. Fill the offer that template asks for, such as the discount or the last date. Send stays off while those fields are empty.

A marketing message is 2 credits. The campaign shows the count and the total before you send. The wallet is held for that list. If the balance is short, nothing starts and you top up. After the send, history shows sending, sent, failed, or cancelled, and how many WhatsApp accepted. Accepted is not the same as delivered to the phone, and it is not a count of sales. If none are accepted, the hold is released.
